The Lord does everything wholeheartedly. He doesn’t have to do anything so whatever He does, He does because He certainly wants to. It’s not the result of human coercion or manipulation.
In Matthew 8, the leper knew that Jesus could heal him. In fact Jesus was (and still is) more than able. But the leper doubted Jesus’ desire to.
Jesus wants me to know that He and His Daddy wholeheartedly love me and want to prosper me in every area of my life. No question! The Father gave ALL of Jesus. Jesus and the Father withheld nothing from me. The Father gave me his complete best…Jesus. Jesus gave all of Himself in my place and all He is to me. That’s why I can trust Him and surrender all to Him withholding nothing —– so can you.
