Be Still My Heart

As a mother, there’s nothing harder than watching your child go head first in the wrong direction, you standing there helpless to stop him (TRY as you might).

It’s heartBREAKING.

I take comfort in knowing Jesus’ heart broke for this child long before mine.

But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.  John 19:34

I take Jesus at His word; He’ll mend my broken heart (see Luke 4:18).

And I put my faith in His promise concerning my children…

Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.  Proverbs 11:21, KJV

Praise the name of JESUS!
