With all the technology we have out our disposal, it’s so tempting to think we know it all. But I love how, without bravado, Jesus let’s us know who the Omniscient One is.

Last October’s posts became The Vine Life Faith Devotional, a compilation of what Jesus shared with me those 31 days. This October the Lord told me to print it and leave it out where it’s visible and accessible. It’s been on the kitchen island since Monday, and would you believe that each entry has been exactly what both me and my daughter needed?

As I wrote the posts last year, I found them powerful, but now I’m finding them meaningful because I’m needing what He’s saying, not just marveling at it.

I’m grateful…

Jesus knew the challenges we’d face this month, this year, and prepared the help a whole year in advance! He knows our end from our beginning and as the Good Shepherd, He makes sure we lack nothing.
